Nnamdi runs a logistics company in Port Harcourt. He has a head office in GRA, a depot in Trans-Amadi, and a third location he just opened in Rumuola. His accountant is in Lagos. His operations manager is on-site in Trans-Amadi. And every quarter, he needs to hand the books over to his chartered accountant for review.
For a long time, this meant one email thread with spreadsheets attached, everyone editing different versions, and no clear record of who changed what.
If your business looks anything like Nnamdi's — multiple people, multiple locations, a need for proper financial oversight — this guide is for you.
Lucrive's Enterprise plan adds three capabilities that free and professional plans don't have:
All three live under Settings in your Lucrive dashboard.
You must be on the Enterprise plan to use these features. If you see an "Upgrade to Enterprise" prompt when you navigate to any of these pages, visit Settings → Subscription to upgrade.
A team member is anyone you invite to access your Lucrive account who is not the account owner. For Nnamdi, this includes:
Each person gets a role that defines what they can see and do.
Nnamdi gives his accountant Viewer access — she can see everything but cannot create or change records. His operations manager gets Editor access — she can raise invoices and log receipts. Only Nnamdi holds Admin access.
① Go to Settings → Team Management
② Enter the team member's email address in the "Invite by email" field
③ Choose their role from the dropdown (Viewer, Editor, or Admin)
④ Click Send Invitation
Lucrive emails an invitation link to your team member. If they already have a Lucrive account, they click the link and join immediately. If they don't, they'll be directed to create one first.
The invitation is valid for 7 days. If it expires, you can resend it from the Team Management page — pending invites appear in the list with a "Resend" button.
You can have a maximum of 5 active team members on the Enterprise plan.
To remove someone — for example, when a staff member leaves — click Remove next to their name in the team list. They lose access immediately. Their past activity stays on the account; only their ability to log in is revoked.
If your business operates from more than one location, you can register each as a branch in Lucrive. Each branch has its own:
① Go to Settings → Branch Management
② Click Add Branch
③ Fill in the branch name, address, city, state, and TIN (TIN is optional — leave it blank if the branch uses the main business TIN)
④ Click Save Branch
Nnamdi adds all three locations: GRA head office, Trans-Amadi depot, and Rumuola branch.
One branch must be marked as primary. This is the location whose address and TIN appear on invoices by default.
To set a branch as primary, click Set primary on any non-primary branch. The primary branch is highlighted with a teal border in your branch list.
You cannot delete a primary branch. If you want to delete it, first set a different branch as primary, then delete the old one.
When you create a new invoice, enterprise users see a Branch dropdown just above the business address field. Selecting a branch automatically fills in that branch's address and TIN.
This means Nnamdi's Trans-Amadi invoices go out with the depot address, and his Rumuola invoices carry the Rumuola address — even though everything flows through one Lucrive account.
If you don't select a branch, the invoice uses your primary branch details by default.
Every quarter — January, April, July, October — Lucrive automatically generates a Quarterly Report for your account. This is a structured financial summary covering your revenue, invoices, and receipts for that three-month period.
The report is then reviewed by a Chartered Accountant (CA) before it is delivered to you.
The status of each report moves through four stages:
You can see the current status of all your reports at Settings → Quarterly Reports.
Once a report reaches Delivered status, a Download button appears next to it. You also receive an email notification when the report is ready.
Nnamdi downloads his Q2 report, reviews the CA's notes on his receivables, and forwards it to his Lagos accountant — who can also view it directly on her Viewer account.
The quarterly review checks your financial records for the period:
If anything needs your attention, the CA adds a note to the report before marking it as reviewed.
The Enterprise plan is designed for Nigerian MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) that have outgrown a single-person setup. You probably need it if:
If you're still running everything yourself from one location, the Professional plan covers most needs. But the moment you hire an operations manager, open a second location, or start needing proper quarterly oversight, Enterprise is the right move.
If you're already on Lucrive, upgrade to Enterprise at Settings → Subscription. Once you upgrade:
If you're not yet on Lucrive, start a free account at lucrive.io — no payment details needed — and explore the platform before deciding on a plan. Lucrive is built for Nigerian MSMEs: invoicing, receipts, tax calculations, and enterprise team management — all in one place.
